A bit about me.
Nicole is a Product Design leader with over seventeen years experience in designing strategies and customer experiences for a variety of industries - media, financial services, non-profit and advocacy organizations, e-commerce, Higher-Ed, and telecommunications. She began her career as an Information Architect and still is one at heart - always striving to make order out of chaos.
She has led internal teams and partnered with clients in different digital agencies. She has worked directly for Gannett (USA TODAY Network) and CapitalOne, and with brands such as Mary Kay, Time Warner Cable, AARP, Drexel University, and HRSA. Through all this work, Nicole strives to partner with business teams to better understand human needs to create compelling, relevant CX.
When not thinking about design, Nicole tries to keep up with her young son, binges on detective stories and shows, and roots for Cleveland-based sports teams.
